- A valid proof of your Identity (current Driver’s License/ Ghana Card/ Passport/ NHIS)
- Recent two(2) passport photographs
- Proof of address – 3 previous months utility bills/residential address
- Introductory letter from employer if employed or company certificate if self employed.
